It Will Turn OFF Certain effects & visuals which cannot be turned off by default giving the textures more power.I PERSONALLY TESTED it on my 7yr old Ancient Low End Laptop which could only Run GtaV @ 10-20fps (max) at Lowest setting MAJOR LAGS [Almost Unplayable] after the patch im able to get a steady 30-35fps No Drop NO LAGS[PLAYABLE]
