ok so I live in the U.S.
I went to the psn store cause I own a ps4 and I noticed something today.
as of now the season pass isn't available to purchase separately.
as in I can't go buy a copy from say the mall, then turn around and buy the season pass off of the psn store.
now this may change when the game drops but I'm not sure when that will happen. what I mean is it could be a little while before they update the psn store to so we can just buy the season pass to go along with our physical copy of ff15 we got from a store like Walmart or Target.
as of now the psn store says the season pass is only available to people who have boughten the digital version of the game.
so in regards to that statement I think two things, one: the 85 doller price is a little cheaper then buying all of it togather when you add in the tax's from a physical copy.
and two: the season pass stand alone price could go up once it's released for individual sale on the psn store.
another example of this happening with a well known game is fallout four. when fallout 4 first came out the season pass that went along with it was only 25 bucks, but like a month after it dropped it's stand alone price increased to around 40 dollars.
Ffxv Season Pass Worth It
tldr: I really want a physical copy of the game, nothing compares to having the actual game in my hands and such, however I also would love to get the season pass for only 25 bucks, anyone got any clue as to if they'll sale the season pass as a stand alone product after the game drops to add to physical copies or can we only get the season pass with the digital version of the game? and if so, how long do we have to wait till we can buy it separately to add to our physical copies?
